-1 lb. Crab Meat, cooked and chopped

-1 cup Half and Half -1/2 cup Onion, chopped -1/4 cup Celery, chopped -1/4 cup Carrots, chopped -3 tablespoons Flour -2 cups Chicken Broth -1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning -Salt and Pepper to taste
